Refund policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all product purchases made through the BRUMAR Yacht Care webshop.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • The return has been approved in writing by BRUMAR Yacht Care

Certain products, including professional-use products, hygiene-related items, and chemical products, may be non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.

2. Return Request Procedure

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • International return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Services

Completed services, including yacht cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services, are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
